A friendly breakfast suggestion from Friendly's: A cinnamon roll split and stuffed with cream cheese and ice cream (yes, for breakfast - what the heck, why not!) and topped off with whipped cream and hot caramel.

- the Los Angeles Planning Commission is proposing to regulate the opening of more fast food outlets in South L.A., following 2008's temporary moratorium on fast food outlet openings. They propose that any new stand-alone fast-food business would have to be a least a 1/2 mile from another unless it is a mixed-use development like a shopping mall.
